Effective March 16, 2020, the educational programs scheduled to be delivered at our New York City facility will be moved to virtual delivery, where possible, or rescheduled. For those programs that do not lend themselves to a distance-education format, we will postpone them until we receive guidance from the University and public health officials that it is safe to hold those programs in-person. Online

Register using our secure server from any course page using the Register button next to a scheduled course.

You will receive a written confirmation providing you with more details. Registration at the door is usually not possible. If you have not received written confirmation before the class, please contact us as soon as you can.

Payment and Fees

Registration Fees

Registration fees vary depending on the course. Your registration fee includes all course materials, a continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks. Prices may change without notice. A 15% discount is available for government and not-for-profit organizations.

Payment

Payment or payment guarantee (such as a purchase order) is expected at the time of registration. If a PO or other guarantee of payment will be submitted from your organization, your manager must sign the registration form to take responsibility of payment. You may pay by credit card or check. Please make checks payable to CORNELL UNIVERSITY ILR. All prices and dates subject to change.

Substitution and Cancellation

Substitutions of registrants can be made at any time, unless a course has a prerequisite or pre-work. Cancellations and transfers are subject to a 25% charge unless received in writing five business days before the course. When an organization's representative approves an employee registration, that organization becomes responsible for cancellations, transfers, substitutions, and payments. The full course  fee will be charged for any registration that is not cancelled in writing.

Enrollment Limits

Spaces for each course is limited. So, courses quickly fill up. We recommend early registration. The number of participants from the same organization may be limited, depending on the course.

Participation

Our courses are highly interactive in nature and involve adult-learning techniques. So that everyone has the best chance to benefit from the experience, attendance at the entire workshop is required.

Schedule

Check-in, coffee, and review of materials begins half an hour before the course starting time. Courses finish between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. depending on the course and location.

Hotel Accommodation

The registration fee does not include hotel accommodations. We will send you a list of area hotels along with your registration confirmation.

Special Accommodation

If you need specific, ADA accommodations, please let the training center know at least two weeks before your course starts.
